Qualifications: RIBA, ARB, RIBA Conservation Registrant (CR), Affiliate IHBC member

Heritage inspired me almost 20 years ago whilst in Manhattan working at Walter B. Melvin LLC on the repair of Landmark buildings, such as The Dakota and The Frick Collection.

I qualified as an architect in 2004, and enjoyed 12 years at EPR Architects as a Project Architect and Associate where I oversaw some truly unique schemes, these include:

The Grade II listed Gainsborough Hotel, Bath Spa – an award-winning 99-bed spa hotel and the first in the UK with its own dedicated thermal waters. Click here to learn more of the project.

The Grade II* listed No.1 Waterhouse Square in Holborn Bars, London – a flagship office design by Alfred Waterhouse, refurbished to suit the needs of the rapidly evolving office rental sector. Almost all 180,000sq ft has been fully let since completion. Click here to see inside the building.

In 2018 I completed a First Class Honours Degree in Heritage Interior Design – believed to be the first Architect in the UK with this specialist qualification.
